Who bills me for the postcards?

PostGrid does, directly — FirstLeads sends through your PostGrid account. Make sure the account carries enough prepaid credit to cover the mailers you plan to send; funding it is on your side.

Where do I design my postcards?

In PostGrid. Your design lives there as a template (PostGrid calls it your "mailer") — create templates in PostGrid, then pick one when sending a postcard or setting up an alert in FirstLeads.

Can I cap how many postcards go out automatically?

Yes — Send Limits lets you set a monthly and/or daily cap on total postcards mailed, combining automatic and manual sends. Leave a field blank to use the platform default.

Is PostGrid the only supported mailer?

PostGrid and Postalytics are both supported. PostGrid is the team favorite because the API-key setup takes only a few minutes end to end.

The FirstLeads PostGrid integration sends physical postcards to lead addresses from your own PostGrid account: paste your PostGrid API key, set the return address printed on every card, and optionally cap monthly or daily sends. Postcards are billed by PostGrid directly, and your card designs live as PostGrid templates you pick at send time.

Connecting PostGrid in three steps

Connect your PostGrid account

Go to Settings → Integrations → PostGrid and click Connect. Log into PostGrid, copy your test or live API key from the dashboard, paste it into FirstLeads, and save. Set your return address

Every postcard needs a printed return address, so this is required before sending. Fill in your business name, address, city, state, and ZIP — the same address appears on every card, manual or automatic.

Set send limits (optional)
