Integrations · Google Sheets
If your pipeline lives in a spreadsheet, this is the lowest-friction way to work FirstLeads data — matching incidents append as rows the moment they land, no exports and no duplicates.
Plenty of teams run dispatch, call lists, and daily assignments out of a spreadsheet — and a spreadsheet the whole crew can see is often faster than a CRM nobody opens. The Sheets connection keeps that workflow and removes the manual part: every incident that matches your alerts lands as a new row, so the morning call-down list builds itself overnight.
Setup takes a few minutes with a Google account and an active FirstLeads subscription — and if you want a custom column layout or help wiring it into an existing workbook, our team will configure it with you.
Go to Settings → Integrations, choose Google Sheets, and sign in with the Google account that owns the spreadsheet you want to use.
Choose the workbook and the tab rows should append to. Existing data is left untouched — FirstLeads only appends below it.
Any alert can deliver to Sheets. Incidents matching the alert append in real time — one row per lead, duplicates skipped automatically.
Contact us and we will set the sync up with you — custom columns, multiple tabs per territory, or a workbook your ops team already uses.
Book a demo and we will wire matching fire leads into your Google Sheet live on the call — or contact us for a custom column layout.
