Integrations · Zapier
HubSpot and Slack cover a lot of ground, but if your team runs on a different CRM, a spreadsheet workflow, or an internal tool you built yourselves, Zapier gets FirstLeads data flowing into it with no custom development.
Zapier connects thousands of apps through simple, no-code automations called Zaps. Instead of FirstLeads needing a purpose-built integration for every CRM or tool your team might use, Zapier acts as the middleman: FirstLeads sends data out, and Zapier routes it into whatever you have connected on the other end.
It is the right option when you use a CRM other than HubSpot (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or anything else Zapier supports, when you want incident data in a messaging app other than Slack, when you have built your own internal tool, or when you want leads logged to a spreadsheet or task manager without manual entry.
A FirstLeads event kicks off the Zap, typically a new lead being created or an existing lead being updated, the same events you would set up in an Alert.
Just like Alerts, narrow which incidents actually trigger the Zap, by geography, incident type, damage level, and so on, so you only pull in the leads relevant to your team.
Zapier takes the incident data, address, damage details, contact info if unlocked, and creates or updates a record in your connected app: a new CRM lead, a spreadsheet row, a message, or a request to your own tool’s API. The trigger stays the same; only the action changes.
Book a demo of FirstLeads and get real-time fire and water damage incident alerts for your territory. No contract, no setup fees.
