Quick Answer
To get FirstLeads support inside Slack, log in to Slack and create a dedicated channel such as #first-leads-support. Click the person icon at the top right of the channel, open the Members tab, switch the filter to Guests, enter the FirstLeads support email you were given at onboarding, and click Invite. Once we accept, our team can help you right in that channel. Guest access requires a paid Slack plan, and your workspace admin may need to approve the invitation.

On the Members tab, switch the filter to Guests.
